Pastor Ward Hodges
Ward and Amy have been married 24 years and have two children, Ethan (13) and Juliet (10). Ward is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College and has been involved in full-time ministry and mission work around the world for over 22 years. Since coming to The Church at Heathrow (formerly known as Lighthouse Baptist Church) in 2015, Ward’s greatest desire is to see people become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Greg Proctor
Elder
Greg Proctor has served in ministry for over 15 years. He started serving in youth ministry, has served internationally through missions, and beyond his work as an Elder, he faithfully serves youth through the Edgewood Children's Ranch.
William Enright
Elder
William and Carmen have been married for 15 years. Having been raised Irish Catholic, he is living proof that God uses the foolish and weak things of the world to put to shame the wise and mighty. William is simply a guy who loves the Scriptures.
Josh Mann
Elder
Josh and Emily have been married for ten years and have three daughters, Melody (9), Molly (7), and Madelyn (3) whom they homeschool. Josh is a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida and Liberty University where he earned a B.A. in Christian Ministry and an M.A. in Biblical Exposition. Josh has a passion for teaching the scripture and helping Christians grow in their knowledge of and love for the Lord.
Nic Alvarez
Worship & Youth Pastor
Nic and Kayla have been married for eight years and have four children. Teddy, Annalise, Daniel, and Amelia. Nic is a graduate of the Baptist College of Florida and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his Masters of Divinity. Nic has a passion for biblical worship and teaching young people what it means to become followers of Jesus.

Ward is committed to a teaching ministry with utmost importance given to the Bible as the Word of God. The Bible’s sufficiency for all things shows in his preaching and teaching. He also believes that prayer is the key to any success and unless the Lord builds our church through prayer, we will not be all God wants us to be.

Samantha Proctor
Office Manager
Samantha has a huge heart for serving people. Twenty years ago, she started a career in the medical field. She later left to take care of her home and children. Samantha and her husband Greg have been married since 1997 and have 3 beautiful children, Mason, Luke, and Londyn. She has faithfully served in ministry for over 15 years. Samantha is excited to now serve here with her church family.
